Participation Requested in a Violence Prevention Survey

Thursday, January 7, 2016
The District of Columbia government has created a survey to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the primary (before violence occurs), secondary (immediate response to violence), tertiary (long term services and supports in the wake of violence) violence prevention programs that are currently underway in the District of Columbia.

This survey should be completed by individuals who provide activities in their neighborhood; representatives of organizations that provide relevant programs and services throughout the District of Columbia, ; and organizations that provide technical assistance and investments in youth, young adult, and/or family and community programs.   Regardless of where you live, work, or play in our city, your knowledge and experience can inform the process. We invite you to share your insights and voice by participating in this survey.

Please visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JLT6J6B to participate in this survey. The survey should take 15-20 minutes to complete.  Please provide as much detail as possible in your responses.
