The District of Columbia Office of Victim Services and Justice Grants (OVSJG) in collaboration with Give an Hour, is conducting an environmental scan and analysis of the state of trauma-informed care in the District. The first component of this environmental scan is a survey of professionals throughout the District. The information you provide will be held in confidence by all parties involved in this survey and no respondent will be individually identified in any manner.
 
LENGTH OF THE SURVEY 5 - 10 minutes
 
GOAL OF THE SURVEY  This survey will allow us to gather important information about trauma-informed care.
 
REWARD FOR YOUR TIME  As a thank you for your participation and assistance with the development of a clear understanding of the provision of trauma-informed care in the District, all completed and submitted surveys will be entered into a random drawing for one (1) of three (3) $100 VISA gift cards.
