Trauma-Informed Yoga: Cultural Wealth as Healing with Grace

Grace (she/her) will share the roots of trauma-informed yoga, and a background into cultural wealth; a concept that describes how people of color have assets within our cultural backgrounds that can be healing. Grace will then guide a 45-minute practice

No background experience required, yoga materials optional. This workshop is centered on affirmations & agency.
