Lori Hough, LCSW will provide attendees with the tools to provide virtual trauma-informed care. Participants can expect to learn to be: Educated about the ACES study and be able to recognize 5 questions related to identifying trauma in a client; able to identify 4 mental health disorders that may result from trauma; able to identify 3 treatment modalities to utilize when working with trauma patients; able to identify 3 ways to deal with trauma via telehealth delivery; and able to describe 3 principles to focus on when working with trauma.
Dr. Lori Hough, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker in California. She has over 20 years of experience working in mental health, prevention, family strengthening, and child and youth development, having served as the Executive Director of the Partnership for Safe Families & Communities in Ventura County, CA.
