The DC Anti-Violence Project presents an event which will focus on empowering and uplifting members of the local LGBTQ community in our fight to eradicate targeted violence in the DMV through different mediums of artistic expression. The event will features poets, activists, performers, a demonstration by Lauren Taylor of Defend Yourself, and a dance party from the members of WERK for Peace to just mention a few of the highlights.
