Address Confidentiality Program

The District’s Address Confidentiality Program (ACP), administered by the Office of Victim Services and Justice Grants (OVSJG), provides a legal substitute address for eligible DC residents to maintain the confidentiality of her or his actual address.

Private Security Camera Incentive Program

The Private Security Camera System Incentive Program encourages businesses, religious institutions, nonprofits and other property owners to install security cameras.

National Crime Victims' Rights Week is April 21-27th. The Office of Victim Services and our partner organizations will be commemorating the week with an exhibition in the Atrium of the John A.
